Software-Driven Shipping Estimates: Our software predicts the necessary box size and shops for the lowest cost shipping option based on transit times.

Domestic Shipping Options (U.S.):

• UPS SurePost (Please choose the UPS SurePost option only if you are certain that USPS can deliver to your physical address. With UPS SurePost, UPS picks up the shipment, and USPS makes the final delivery, seven days a week.) 
• UPS Ground
• UPS 3 Day Select
• UPS 2nd Day Air
• UPS Next Day Air Saver
• USPS Priority Mail / USPS Priority Flat Rate (when order qualifies)

Multiple Carriers: 

If you see Multiple Carriers options it means: You have an item in your order which has to ship individually and the rest of your order will ship in another box. 

• Multiple Carriers Multiple Services: This is the lowest cost shipping for your entire order the. The transit times and carrier won't be the same for all items.
• Multiple Carriers Three-Day: The carriers might differ but they've quoted us three day transit. 
• Multiple Carriers Ground: The carriers might differ but they've quoted us ground transit times. 
• Multiple Carrier Two-Day: The carriers might differ but they've quoted us two day transit. 
• Multiple Carriers Next Day: The carriers might differ but they've quoted us next day transit. 

International Shipping Options:

• UPS Worldwide Saver
• UPS Worldwide Expedited
• DHL Worldwide
• USPS First Class: Available for packages under 1lb and under $100, to select countries. 14-45 days transit, no tracking.
• USPS Priority Mail International: 10-28 days transit to select countries.
• USPS Priority Mail Express International: 6-14 days transit to select countries.

International Return Shipping Policy

Please be advised that shipping costs are non-refundable for any international orders returned to us due to delivery issues. Non-refundable circumstances include, but are not limited to:

1. Incorrect address provided or approved by the customer.
2. Refusal of delivery by the recipient.
3. Refusal to pay duties, fees, and taxes associated with the shipment.
4. Lack of response to contact attempts by the shipping carrier or our company.
5. Customer disputes with local customs authorities.
6. Incorrect contact information (email or phone) provided or approved by the customer.
7. Restrictions or regulations imposed by government or the carrier that prevent delivery of the product.
8. Wars, natural disasters and acts of God.

Holiday Shipping Schedule for 2024

Otto Frei will observe the following holidays in 2024. We will not process or ship orders on these days, and transit times during checkout may not accurately reflect actual delivery dates:

• Memorial Day: Friday, May 24th and Monday, May 27th
• Independence Day Summer Holiday: Wednesday July 3rd, Thursday July 4th & Friday July  5th
• Labor Day: Monday, September 2nd
• Thanksgiving Day: Thursday, November 28th
• Christmas Eve: Tuesday, December 24th
• Christmas Day: Wednesday, December 25th
