Product Notes:

For Hinge Making: You will need a slightly smaller diameter wire than the inside diameter (ID) to fit into the hole. 

For Tube Setting Faceted Stones: Choose an outside diameter (OD) about a half a mm larger than the stone, and the inside diameter (ID) smaller than the stone, so the stone does not fall through but has a seat. The inside diameter (ID) is actually the hole of the tubing. Then choose a setting bur the exact size of the stone to be set. If your stone is between sizes choose tubing the next size smaller. Now take a center punch and drive the punch into the center of the tube to stretch it a half mm larger than the stone. Then proceed to cut seat and set stone. This creates a slightly tapered setting that can be desirable. Use bezel setting tools like part#153.154MA for fast and and uniform settings.
