Round Nose Smooth Jaw Parallel Pliers

These imported 5-1/2" (140mm) long Round Nose Smooth Jaw Parallel Pliers have two identical jaws that are tapered round and smooth. Use them for bending and forming metal. They also have spring loaded handles so they always start in the open position. The jaws can be covered with leather to make a non-marring surface.

The tapered round jaw tapers from 6mm to 1.8mm and they are both 22mm long. When closed the jaws meet at the tip only with a small gap below the tip that gradually tapers to a little less than a 1mm gap at the thickest point of the tapered jaws. Maximum jaw opening is 3/8", just a little over 9mm. Made in Pakistan.

Like most steel tools we sell, these pliers are coated with a thin film of grease by the factory for protection from the elements. Simply wipe the grease off with a rag before use.
