Ring & Hoop Press-Transverse 24 by Wubbers

Wubbers Ring and Hoop Presses are made of quality steel and eliminate the need for an expensive hydraulic press.  The Ring and Hoop Press is a 2-part die with an outer sleeve that you can use for quickly forming pattern square or round rings and hoops from as small as 13 mm (1/2") inside diameter up to 36 mm (1-3/8") outside diameter using all types of wire.  

This is the Transverse 24 Pattern Ring and Hoop Press


To use:

Simply take some wire, join the ends together, use a mandrel to give it the shape you want, and then place it in bottom die while the bottom die is in the outer sleeve.  Place the top die over your ring (the top and bottom inner dies have a pin that fits into a groove on the outer sleeve so things match up perfectly).  Hit the top with a suitable hammer and your wire is now shaped.
