Here is what we wrote about Platinum compounds back in the early part of the century:

Back in 1992 it was difficult to find decent platinum polishing compounds in the United States. Today we are fortunate to have a wide selection of imported and domestic compounds that work superbly. All of these compounds will give outstanding results, with minor differences in the final sheen that might only be visible on close comparison. Which one is the best?  It’s hard to say since all of these compounds have fans that will swear by their superior bright finish. 

 

Today we have sold more Piccasso Blue Japanese platinum polishing compound than any other platinum polishing compound we have.  If you polish platinum, Picasso blue has proven to be the best.
