Pegas Skip Tooth saw blades have teeth that are spaced out to give more room for clearing saw dust and other tacky things.  They are recommended for cutting wood, bone, plastic and wax.  Pegas Skip Tooth saw blades are 130mm (5.12") long are for use in jewelers saw frames, also called Fret saw frames. These Pegas Skip Tooth size 7 blades are 0.38mm (0.015") thick  1.25mm (0.050") wide with 6 teeth per cm (15 teeth per inch) and are by far the most popular sized saw blades used in woodworking and wax work.

Pegas Skip Tooth saw blades are manufactured in Switzerland from the best available carbon steel.  They are heat treated after machining the teeth, this being the only way to assure the blades toughness and optimal flexibility.
