Ottotech by EVE Germany Airflex Cool Running Large Conforming Wheels

Airflex wheels are made of a special material that has thousands of miniature air pockets throughout that keeps the heat from friction minimized. These wheels last longer and won't "burn" the metal being worked on. The Airflex Medium Green wheel is particularly excellent for pre-polishing platinum. Doug Zaruba, well known goldsmith and instructor, tells us that he loves the Airflex Medium Green Wheel for this purpose, as it saves him time in preparing platinum for a final polish, leaving a finish similar to a 800 grit paper. Available in three grits, Airflex wheels are long lasting and are also excellent for surface preparation on gold and silver. Size: 4" Diameter x 5/8" x 1/4".
