Orion mPulse 30 Pulse Arc Welder With Basic Auto Darkening Lens

This is the model 313010 Orion mPulse 30 Pulse Arc Welder with Basic Auto Darkening Lens. The basic lens is actually fairly large and works well. This small footprint, easy to use welder is ideal for quick small welds on all precious metals and stainless steel. The mPulse is ideal for time saving production tasks like closing jump rings, chain making and spot weld fixturing of parts prior to soldering. The mPulse has power setting from 3ws to 30ws in 1ws increments and one shot per second. The spot size ranges from 0.8mm to 1.5mm depending on metal type. The Orion mPulse is Auto Detected Dual Voltage, 100/230V, requiring only the correct plug adapter for use with power outlets other than North American Standard. 

The Orion mPulse 30 is used with an Argon gas shield to protect the weld from atmospheric oxygen that will make welds brittle and discYou will need to purchase an Argon gas tank and regulator separately.   We have regulators (see related products below) and Argon tanks are available at any welding supply. The inert Argon gas is connect by hose into the Orion mPulse 30. The Argon gas connection is easy to set up and use. The Argon gas will then be automatically dispensed when the stylus is used.

If you are a torch only shop doing repairs and chain assembly or any tiny parts you will encounter technical obstacles and time constraints that can only be overcome with a welder.
