Lathe Millgrain Tools - Female-Leaves Raised Rope Style Beads

This is the tool that is used for making decorative designs on the edges of wedding bands and bracelets. Called Lathe Millgrain Tools because they work best when used with a lathe but they can be used by hand with satisfactory results on soft metals. Available with indentations on the tool to leave raised beads (female tools) or with raised beads on the tool to leave indentations (male tools) . Also offered in three different shapes of rope designs as female tools (R1 is a long slanted narrow oval, R2 is a fine slanted narrow oval and is no longer available and R3 is similar to R2 but with less indentations).

The American company that has manufactured these tools has ceased production of them.  As we sell out of our stock on hand these tools will be no longer available.
