Hi Efficiency Dust Filters

A polishing dust collector only cleans the air as well as the media sitting inside it. These high-efficiency filters are denser than standard air filters, so they trap more of the fine compound dust a polishing motor throws and keep both the bench and the shop air cleaner. They are stocked in a wide range of popular sizes to fit many jewelers' dust collectors, and two of those sizes carry a MERV 10 rating for the most demanding shop environments.

Sizing

Filter sizes are nominal, the same convention every air filter uses. The filter you receive measures slightly under the listed size so it drops into a frame of that nominal size. For example, DF-12242H, listed as 12" x 24" x 2", measures about 11.75" x 23.75" x 1.75". Match the nominal size printed on your current filter or on your collector's frame, not a tape measurement of the old filter itself.

Notes

Part numbers DF-10322H and DF-12322H are the MERV 10 rated filters in this range. Every other size listed is a high-efficiency filter without the MERV 10 rating.
