Overview
GRS Ready Option Kit adds a GRS mounting interface to a custom-built John Frei Workbench for secure, repeatable attachment of GRS fixtures and accessories. This is a factory add-on applied during construction and is not a retrofit service.

- Replaces the standard 100 mm steel bench block with a GRS-modified plate

- 104.559 — GRS modified mounting plate (replaces standard bench block)
- 104.557 — GRS fixed mounting plate (attaches to modified plate)
Compatibility
- For custom-made John Frei Workbenches only (installed during build)
Notes
- Cannot be retrofitted to an existing bench; must be specified at time of order.
- The GRS fixed mounting plate can be mounted to an “as stock” John Frei Workbench top using 4 of the 6 screws due to the standard steel bench block; many customers have reported adequate holding strength with this configuration.
