Product Details

Designed and Patented in Switzerland, the Grobet USA jewelers saw frame design was revolutionary when introduced in the late 20th century.  Compared to the standard saw frames of the day, the Grobet saw frames are lightweight and nicely balanced with ergonomically designed cushioned handles that help reduces fatigue and can provide greater dexterity. The huge design improvement is the patented blade lock design which eases blade insertion and maintains perfect alignment which eliminates wobble and reduces blade loss.

Precision made of the highest quality spring steel with non-glare finish. Set screws can be used on either the left or right side of the frame according to your preference. 

Choose from either Adjustable Frame or Fixed Frame, both with 2-3/4" (70 mm) deep throats.  Replacement screws are available in a set containing one large screw and one small screw.

Grobet USA Swiss Designed Jewelers Saw Frames - Fixed Frame

The frame is very comfortable and easy to control. The saw blade connections are different from what I'm used to. That's why I bought it. So, there was a small learning curve involved but nothing difficult. I actually like this style better, and changing blades will get faster as I get more familiar with it. It's a very smooth feeling saw frame which makes it easier to control. I recommend this saw frame.
