Classic needle files are marketed by Glardon-Vallorbe as a second quality compared to the genuine Swiss made needle files. These files are double cut just like the premium line, but these files do not receive the same intensive hand finishing of the tips compared to the more expensive standard line of Glardon-Vallorbe needle files so the tips are blunt and not pointed. These files are also not finished with the trademark knurled treatment for the handles.
