The EnSet Plus differs from the EnSet Original by having digital controls for more precise settings and the ability to run the machine in two different modes:
Variable Stroke Speed ModeĀ (Standard EnSet Mode)
Continuous Stroke Speed ModeĀ (EnSet Plus Mode)
The EnSet Plus has patent pending technology that allows users to control EnSet handpieces fitted with gravers, beading tools, hammer tips and other tools with great power and sensitivity. Set stones and engrave with effortless precision.Ā
The EnSet Plus can give you single stroke precision or variable stroke from 60 to 1500 per minute with the standard EnSet mode. The sensitiveĀ foot control offers precise control of the strokes giving you crucial control in speed and power at every work opportunity. There is no need to take your eyes off your work while you control your handpiece through the comfortable to use foot control.
When continuous stroke speed engraving engraving is desired, the The EnSet Plus offers that additional mode at the push of a button.Ā
The EnSet and the EnSet Plus have very low requirements for compressed air (46 psi), so much so that you can easily run a EnSet unit off of an tank of inert gas like carbon dioxide (CO2). Ā Units do not bleed air at the handpiece or the foot control so air compressor or inert gas is only used while the handpiece is used.
