Dumont Pattern No. 4 Tweezers

Ideally suited for handling microscopic parts. Shanks are indented with beveled edges and points that have been extra honed to a needle like shape and sharpness. Overall length 4-1/2" (114 mm). Tips are 0.13mm wide by 0.08mm thick.

Dumont Electronic Quality (EQ) Stainless Steel Tweezers from Switzerland. With less hand finishing than High-Precision tweezers, electronic quality tweezers are made for assembly work.  EQ quality tweezers are an excellent choice for everyday use.

Titanium Swiss (TS) has excellent strength and is very light weight compared to other metal choices in tweezers. Titanium is also resistant to high temperatures, anti-magnetic and corrosion and acid resistant.

  • Stainless Steel (Dumont INOX) is the most popular metal choice for Dumont Tweezers. Although not as strong as carbon steel, stainless steel resists rusting while still delivering a long lasting edge.  

• 157.232  Dumont HP Anti Acid/Mag SS #4 - Stainless Steel Dumoxel, Non-magnetic, corrosion & acid resistant
  • Anti-Magnetic Stainless Steel-Dumont Dumoxel is a non-magnetic, corrosion and acid resistant material made for industrial situations when it's characteristics are necessary.   

• 157.233  Dumont HP Dumostar #4
  • Dumostar line of tweezers from Dumont are made of a special super-hard alloy that has been hardened to a minimum Rockwell 61. With careful use the Dumostar tweezers will keep their points almost indefinitely. Dumostar tweezers are magnetic-resistant (anti-magnetic), and acid and rust resistant. This is the top of the line alloy in the Dumont line, combining the best traits from the other alloys used in making Dumont tweezers. ​
