This is a Triangle High shape Draw Plate with a ratio of 140%.  The length of the 2 equal sides are 140% of the bottom of this isosceles triangle. The factory number for this ratio is SP 305.  31 holes with the largest at 4.28mm x 6mm and the smallest hole 2.14mm x 3 mm.
