This is a Oval Draw Plate with 31 holes.  The height to width ratio is 55%. The height is 55% of the width. The factory number for this ratio is SP 104.  The largest hole is 12 mm x 6.6  mm and the smallest hole is 9 mm x 4.9 mm.
