This is a 5 Point Star shape Draw Plate with 31 holes. The lines between the points are slightly bowed out, compared to being straight from point to point. The factory number for this ratio is SP 474.  The largest hole is 12 mm x 12 mm and the smallest hole is 9 mm x 9 mm.
