This new made in the USA chain makers drawplate is made out of Delrin and has 21 holes ranging from 2.5mm (.098") to 7.5mm (.294"). When woven chain is pulled thru this drawplate, the woven chain is gently reduced in diameter and more importantly, become uniform in size. Steel drawplates do not have the same gentle reduction that these special Delrin drawplates have. Delrin is superior to wood as a Delrin drawplate is unlikely to break. This Delrin drawplate measures 4-1/4" long x 3-1/4" wide x 1/2" thick.

Nice drawplate, smoother than wood

I could make myself but time is money too. The backside is beveled in on each size which helps with the pull. I have been working with some woven chain, and this board was smoother and had more holes to draw down in smaller increments than my previous board that is hardwood.
