Ceraton is a revolutionary new product that polishes faster reducing polishing time making your life easier. Ceraton ceramic polishing files are made from ceramic and glass fivers bonded with a thermos setting resin, making for a thin polishing rod with incredible tensile strength that will not snap or break even at high speed. These round rods are 2.34 mm (3/32") diameter and 50 mm (2") long. Use them in any rotating handpiece or the Badeco polishing (back and forth motion) handpieces (Badeco 8LC100 micro polishing/filing handpiece for use with a flex shaft or the Badeco 4LC100 for use with a Badeco micromotor system). They will fit right into the popular 3/32" fixed collet quick change handpieces. Use these 2.34mm round rods of graded ceramic material for finishing and polishing hard to reach areas. Use them whole by hand or break them off to make small tools. Dress Ceraton rods with diamond wheels like the 110.175 and the 110.180 into custom shapes so you can polish small, hard to reach areas like tight corners and filigree holes. You can also shape the tips with abrasive paper.
