Application & Use

1. Quickly mix equal parts A and B by hand — do not overmix; a uniform color is not required.
2. Form the mixture around your model or within a mold frame before the 2-minute working time expires.
3. Clamp or press under pressure to eliminate air bubbles and ensure even curing.
4. Mold cures fully in about 15 minutes and can be used immediately.

Notes & Best Practices

• Do not over-mix; over-mixing may cause the compound not to cure properly.
• Warm cold material to room temperature before mixing.
• Cold mold frames may lengthen cure time — slightly warm to 90°F (32°C) before use.
• Residue after molding is harmless mineral oil (“baby oil”); clean with soap and water.
• Wash mold frames and tools thoroughly when switching between rubber types to prevent surface contamination.
