These Designed by Ara K tungsten carbide tip dividers are the best we have seen. Made in the USA, these dividers are very sturdy and precise so they won't flex on you and give consistent, repeatable measurements when marking your work. The legs are rounded on the outside and ground flat on the inside as they taper down so you can mark down to 0.5 mm. Tips have tungsten carbide inserts for toughness and a very long working life. Tips are also precision ground and very sharp. 

The knurled opener has a very smooth and precise action and can be quickly spun for fast size changes.
